House Rules

1. ETA is the ESTIMATED time of arrival. Hence, please allow an additional 6 weeks for unavoidable circumstances. 2. All sales are final. 3. No refunds/exchanges/cancel order unless item comes damaged – Damage excludes dimples, minor scratches unevenness, any imperfections that are not obvious & does not affect product’s function. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping. 4. We will only proceed with postage/pickup once full payment is made. 5. Postage is on weekdays only excluding Public Holidays. 6. Pre orders require 50% deposit. Once notification of item arrival in Malaysia, customer is required to make the available balance within two (2) weeks. If customer fails to do so, deposit is forfeited, and item will be put up for sale. 7. By confirming order, customers agree to the above terms & conditions.
